Get the Full Experience

When you book your wedding at Gardenview Estate, you will receive exclusive access to our venue for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and evening reception. We pride ourselves on providing you with an unforgettable experience catered uniquely to you.

2025 Pricing


One Day Rental

  • Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 am

    $10,500 +GST

  • Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 am

    $12,000 +GST

  • Sunday 9:00 am to 2:00 am

    $9,500 +GST

  • Weekday 9:00 am to 2:00 am (Monday to Thursday)

    $8,500 +GST

Early access to the bridal/groom’s suites (Before 9:00am) is charged at $150 per hour with 7:00am being the earliest.

Two Day Rental

  • Add Thursday from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm to your Friday rental for $1,500. This extra time is perfect for a rehearsal, setting up decorations, and gathering with friends and family before the big day.

    *Note: This option only applies to Friday and Weekday weddings

Rehearsal Time Slot (4 hours)

  • Add 4 hours during the week before your wedding day for a rehearsal for $750. This option applies to Saturday and Sunday weddings. Time options are 1:00pm to 4:00pm or 5:00pm to 9:00pm Monday to Thursday.

The Bartending Package

Forget the hassle of organizing bartenders, calculating how much liquor you need for your guests, and taking back unopened bottles; leave that to us!

With our Bartending package you get:

  • Two fun and professional bartenders

  • 8 hours of bartending service ($60/hour for every additional hour)

  • Drink mix, pop, water, ice, and juice

  • Plastic cups and shot cups

  • Two signature cocktails of your choice

    $ 1,350 +GST

*Alcohol and liquor license is not included in this package
